What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you register, request a booking, contact support, or submit a review. This can include your name, email address, phone number, booking details, expert profile details, payment status, payment references, support messages, and moderation records.
We also process technical information needed to keep Proflexer secure and reliable, such as security logs, device/browser metadata, session cookies, and abuse-prevention events.
How we use it
We use personal data to operate the expert network, coordinate booking requests, manage customer and expert accounts, process payment status, send service emails, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or platform obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help run Proflexer, with experts or customers involved in a booking, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Analytics and cookies
Proflexer uses essential cookies and similar storage for account sessions, booking flows, localization, security, and consent preferences. These are required for the service to work.
Optional Vercel Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after you select Accept in the analytics notice. Analytics remains disabled if you select Decline, and token-bearing payment and booking-success routes are excluded from analytics even after consent.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics and continue using Proflexer. You can withdraw or reset your analytics preference by clearing Proflexer site data in your browser, then choosing again when the notice appears.
To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy support, contact info@proflexer.com. We may need to retain certain records where required for bookings, payments, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations.
